从朋友圈审视重大疫情中的舆情引导与治理

Examining Public Opinion Guidance and Governance in Major Epidemic Situation from Wechat Moments

    目的/意义 在全国新冠肺炎重大疫情防控期间公共舆情发生较大变化,朋友圈是这一变化的晴雨表。通过朋友圈进行疫情防治、舆情传播对公共舆情产生了较大的影响,因此要充分审视其舆情稳定器价值。
    设计/方法以微信朋友圈这一新型虚拟社会平台作为研究对象,从李文亮医生救治事件的朋友圈传播案例分析入手,透视重大疫情中虚拟公共微平台的舆情传播引导功能与主动性治理效用。
    结论/发现通过上述措施充分发挥新媒体在多领域的传播优势,并借助新技术力量增强主流媒体的流量发力,有效激发朋友圈的舆情演化传播效能,使之成为权威媒体的有效补充,有助于在重大疫情期间公众媒介素养提升和舆情引导与治理。

     

    Abstract: Purpose/Significance During the COVID-19 prevention and control period, public opinion has changed greatly, and Wechat Moments is a barometer of this change. Prevention and control of public opinion spread through Wechat Moments has a great impact on public opinion, so we should fully examine the value of public opinion stabilizer. Design/Methodology Taking Wechat Moments, a new virtual social platform, as the research object, starting from the case analysis of Doctor Li Wenliang's friend circle communication in the treatment of the incident, this paper analyzes the public opinion communication guiding function and active governance effectiveness of the virtual public micro platform in the major epidemic. Findings/Conclusion Through the above measures, the public opinion of the circle of friends can be stimulated and transformed to become an effective supplement to the authoritative media, which can help guide and manage public opinion during major epidemics. Giving full play to the advantages of new media in multi-field communication and using the power of new technologies to enhance the flow of mainstream media can effectively stimulate the public opinion evolution and communication efficiency of the circle of friends, and also help to improve public media literacy, public opinion guidance and governance during major epidemic outbreak.
