Abstract: University students are future contributors to, and successors of, the Party and the country. They have major potential to be tomorrow’s high-level talents and leaders of the Party and the government. Under the new era of the entire Party’s and society’s close attention to the task of Party integrity construction and to combat corruption and build a clean government, how universities, as the ones that bear historical responsibility to personnel training, launch probity and integrity education and promote integrity culture into the campus and foster qualified contributors and successors, is very crucial. This study investigated the profound meaning of integrity culture, the current situation and role of university integrity culture construction, as well as the impacts and effects of university integrity culture construction to students’ conception of the world, philosophy of life, and sense of worth, and also suggested measures, ways and methods for reinforcement of university integrity culture construction.
