Abstract: Enterprise s financial risk is an exiting economical risk which can not be eliminated and avoided. However, under certain conditions, the risk can be minimized through financial risk control and thus the financial fruits can be maximized and financial status can be largely utilized. By analyzing the present financial risk status, this paper dis - cusses how to avoid the risk and presents some suggestion on risk control.
