讲好中国故事:《公共政策学》课程思政教学探索与实践

Tell the Chinese Stories: Exploration and Practice of Ideological and Political Teaching in Public Politics Courses

    目的/意义为落实课程思政立德树人和价值引领的根本任务,以“讲好中国故事”为切入点,对《公共政策学》“为何”以及“如何”践行课程思政展开了深入探索。
    设计/方法明确了《公共政策学》讲好中国故事的必然性和必要性,从教学重点、思政元素、教学内容三方面系统梳理了《公共政策学》课程思政教学内容设计思路,并提出了《公共政策学》课程思政实践路径。
    结论/发现立足教学重点和公共政策实践,系统搜寻公共政策中的“中国故事”,深度挖掘故事中蕴藏的公共价值观、改革创新、时代精神、家国情怀、国际视野等思政元素。通过完善课程制度建设,夯实课程团队建设,强化课程评价体系建设,以及创新各类平台的建设,从而实现《公共政策学》课程思政实践路径,发挥“润物无声”的育人功效。从选课学生、授课教师和同行专家角度来看,《公共政策学》课程思政建设效果较好。

     

    Abstract: Purpose/Significance In order to implement the fundamental task of ideological, political and moral education and value guidance of the course, with “telling the Chinese stories” as the entry point, the paper explores “why” and “how” the public politics practices the ideological and political teaching. Design/Methodology It clarifies the inevitability and necessity of public politics to tell Chinese stories, systematically combs the ideological and political teaching of public politics from three aspects: teaching focus, ideological and political elements and teaching content, and puts forward the ideological and political practice of public politics. Conclusions/Findings Based on the teaching focus and the public policy practice, the paper systematically searches the “China stories” in the public policy, and deeply explore the ideological and political elements such as the public values, reform and innovation, the spirit of the times, the feelings of home and country, and the international vision contained in the stories. By improving the construction of curriculum system, consolidating the construction of curriculum team, strengthening the construction of curriculum evaluation system, and innovating the construction of various platforms, so as to realize the ideological and political practice of public politics curriculum, and play the educational role of “moistening silent”. From the perspective of students, teachers and peer experts, the ideological and political construction of public politics has achieved good results.
