摘要: 综合配套改革试验是一项系统工程，涉及经济、金融、文化、行政管理、社会管理等两岸交流合作众多领域，因而从不同学科、不同视角去解读厦门综合配套改革试验总体方案显得十分必要。“综合配套改革与深化两岸交流合作”学术论坛深入探讨了厦门综合配套改革试验的总体战略、执行路径和策略，并总结其他综合配套改革试验区的经验和教训，形成了适合厦门经济社会发展需要的改革路线，对厦门综合配套改革试验的全面开展有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: The comprehensive reform is a systematic project, as it involves economy, finance, culture, administrative management, social management and other fields related to the cross-strait exchanges and cooperation, therefore, from different disciplines and angles to interpret the overall program of Xiamen comprehensive reform is very necessary. This forum discussed the environments, strategies and tactics of comprehensive reform in Xiamen, summarized the experiences from other comprehensive reform districts, and gave policy recommendations.
