Abstract: The standard contracts used abroadly in electronic commerce are click-wrap contract and shrink-wrap contract. The speciality of them promotes the development of electronic commerce, but the limitations of them bring great problems to the protection of customers’ rights and interests. In this article, the authors analyse the limitations firstly, then advance legal measures to restrict electronic standard contract, including legislation, judicature, administration, self-discipline, and social control.
