Abstract:
Classes are the basic units of college students’ organizations which can help their members to store basic qualities and skills for participating in social activities. Aiming at the looseness and ineffectiveness of class administration in colleges and universities, this paper explores the class organizational administrative mode oriented by shared vision building, and sketches the theory of visionary leadership process to replace the traditional class administrative mode featured by planning and controlling. The function of the new mode is to bring the group education into full play, to awaken the self-consciousness of students and to cultivate self-motivated students and high-quality learning environment and class atmosphere.
