Abstract: The increasingly serious problem of graduates’ employment in colleges has set higher standards and requirements for employment guidance. Thus, it is necessary to strengthen the education of creation and innovation, develop the content of employment guidance service of colleges and improve the employment competitiveness of students under current circumstances. A preliminary study on how to strengthen the concrete measures of education of creation and innovation in colleges has been carried out through analyzing the significance, main features and basic objective of the education of creation and innovation.
