Abstract: The theory of human needs is the key of effectiveness in legal education. Human have lots of needs, and needs are the basis of human behavior. Under the guidance of Marx’s theory of human needs, legal education should abide and satisfy human needs to mobilize the enthusiasm of people. In order to improve the effectiveness of legal education，the necessary measures should be taken as enhancing legal sense of social identity and establishing corresponding mechanism of excitation.
