Abstract: Strengthening social management and innovation is an important path to achieving a steady and harmony society. This paper starts from the perspective of Marx’s theories of social system, defining the basic meaning and value of modern social management. It also analyzes the academic significance of public administration’s research on social construction, which provides theoretic and methodological enlightenment for social management innovation. Based on the thinking ways of social construction, this paper discusses the innovation ways of China’s social management from different aspects.
