金融科技人才能力结构与培养策略研究基于高校供给侧的视角

Research on the Ability Structure and Cultivation Strategy of Fintech Talents——Based on the perspective of university supply side

    目的/意义金融与科技的深度融合对人才能力结构提出了新的要求,研究金融科技人才能力结构,是金融科技人才培养的逻辑起点。高校是人才供给的主体,金融科技人才的紧缺亟需从高校供给侧视角提出人才培养策略。
    设计/方法在金融科技人才需求特征、能力内涵及能力素质理论的基础上,构建了包括学习能力、人际交往能力、专业能力和创新能力的金融科技人才能力结构模型。
    结论/发现为了切实提升金融科技人才培养质量,提出实施差异化人才培养定位、跨学科教育人才培养方式、柔性化人才培养方案设计及产教融合人才培养路径四大策略。

     

    Abstract: Purpose/Significance The deep integration of finance and technology brings new demands for the ability structure of talents. The research on the ability structure of fintech talents holds the key to cultivating fintech talents. Given the shortage of fintech talents provided by colleges and universities, the major source of talent supply, talent cultivating strategies should be provided from the perspective of supply side. Design/Methodology Based on the demand characteristics, competence connotation and competence theory of fintech talents, the ability structure model of fintech talents that incorporates learning ability, interpersonal skills, professional competence and innovation ability is constructed. Findings/Conclusions To improve the quality of fintech talents training, this paper puts forward four strategies, including the implementation of differentiated positioning of talent cultivating, the talent cultivation method of interdisciplinary education, the flexible talent cultivation scheme design and the path of integration of production and education.
