Abstract:
The Communist Party′s central leadership launched a “New Three Antis” campaign directed against bureau-cratism, commandism, and law-breaking and indiscipline in January 1953. Because the Communist Party′s central leadership launched a “Three Antis”campaign from 1951 to 1952, we called it a “New Three Antis” campaign. This movement made many achievements: handling a number of bureaucratic and command doctrine people, and the law and disciphine breakers; winning the trust of the masses; harmonizing the relationship between higher and lower; and improving people's petition system relatively.
