Abstract: There are cognition differences amony individuals．People with different professions are different in the illation process．This article discusses the difference between the management and the technology class workers in illation cognition．The findings demonstrate that，the management class worker are remarkable different from the technology class worker in the total SCOI_e．The management class worker uses illation more frequently．The variance analysis between the management class and the technology class worker in illation cognition will help to construct the post competent characteristic model．as well鸽to have the referential value to personnel’S training．
