基于Entropy-DEMATEL的智能制造产业创新生态系统脆弱性分析福建省30家智能制造试点示范企业的实证研究

Vulnerability Analysis of Innovation Ecosystem of Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Based on Entropy-DEMATEL

    目的/意义智能制造是我国制造业高质量发展的主要方向,研究智能制造产业创新生态系统的脆弱性,有助于厘清我国智能制造产业创新障碍,因势利导制定有效策略提升智能制造创新水平。
    设计/方法通过福建省30家智能制造试点示范企业调研,运用Entropy-DEMATEL模型识别出制约系统稳定发展的瓶颈要素。继而,结合瓶颈要素作用机理,从研究群落、开发群落、应用群落、创新环境四个层面对福建省智能制造产业创新生态系统进行脆弱性分析。
    结论/发现制约福建省智能制造产业创新生态系统的瓶颈要素主要有智能制造基础研发能力弱、智能制造关键核心技术发展滞后、产品结构智能化开发能力弱、缺少商业化产业基金和专业孵化器支持等。最后,从建立智能制造产业创新联合体、推动关键核心技术突破,以试点示范应用为抓手、不断拓展企业智能制造应用场景,加强政策支撑、加大资金扶持等三个方面,提出了促进智能制造产业创新生态系统建设的优化对策。

     

    Abstract: Purpose/Significance Intelligent manufacturing is the main direction of the high-quality development of China’s manufacturing industry. Studying the vulnerability of the innovation ecosystem of intelligent manufacturing industry helps to clarify the innovation barriers of China’s intelligent manufacturing industry and guide the formulation of effective strategies to improve the level of intelligent manufacturing innovation. Design/Methodology This paper studies the composition and vulnerability of the innovation ecosystem of intelligent manufacturing industry. Through the investigation of 30 intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration enterprises in Fujian Province, Entropy-DEMATEL model is applied to identify the bottleneck factors that restrict the stable development of the system. Then, combined with the mechanism of bottleneck factors, the vulnerability of intelligent manufacturing industry innovation ecosystem was analyzed from four aspects: research community, development community, application community and innovation environment. Conclusion/Findings The results show that the bottleneck factors restricting the innovation ecosystem of China's intelligent manufacturing industry mainly include the weak research and development ability of intelligent manufacturing foundation, the lagging development of key core technologies of intelligent manufacturing, the weak intelligent development ability of product structure, and the lack of commercial industry funds and professional incubator support. Finally, from the establishment of intelligent manufacturing industry innovation consortium, promote key core technology breakthrough, pilot demonstration application as the starting point, constantly expand enterprise intelligent manufacturing application scenarios, strengthen policy support, increase financial support and other three aspects, put forward optimization countermeasures to promote the construction of intelligent manufacturing industry innovation ecosystem.
