Abstract: As the most intimate teacher to students, college counselors have a specific advantage of playing a role in solving problems of the career planning education. With the EPPCA model, college counselors can understand the significance of career planning education on college students more clearly and more profoundly. Therefore, they can find their roles and positions to work accurately and properly, thus improving the career planning education on college students via various ways.
