创新环境对区域创新绩效的影响——来自中国医药制造业面板数据的实证

The Impact of Innovative Environmental on Regional Innovation Performance——An Empirical Study of China's Pharmaceutical Industry

  • 摘要: 如何提高企业创新绩效,从而提升区域技术创新能力,察觉并克服创新中的障碍,培养创新的环境和氛围,是管理者面临的挑战,也是学术界持续关注并着力解决的问题。而医药产业是中国发展最快的行业之一,其地位在国民经济中不断上升。基于现实提出所要研究的问题,在综述相关理论分析的基础上,提出了模型的测度与研究假设,提取创新环境中的社会文化环境、信息化水平、人员综合素质、政府支持度、金融生态环境,分析其对创新绩效的影响。以中国医药制造业为实证对象,对收集的数据进行描述性统计分析,以选取变量的重要指标建立面板数据模型;最后,通过实证分析得出研究结论。以此提出有针对性的建议,为提升我国区域创新绩效提供参考依据。

     

    Abstract: How to improve innovation performance so as to enhance regional technology innovation capability, discover and overcome the obstacles faced by innovation, and establish and foster innovation environment and atmosphere are not only the challenges for managers, but also a problem that academics should keep sustained attention on and put efforts to solve. The pharmaceutical industry, whose status in the national economy continues to rise, is one of the fastest growing industries in our country. Based on the real questions to be studied, the measurement of the model and research hypotheses were proposed based on a review of relevant theoretical analysis, and social and cultural environment, the level of information, comprehensive quality of the labor, the support of government, financial environment were extracted out of the innovation environment to analyze the impact on the innovation performance. Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing was taken as the object of the empirical study. First of all, the data collected was descriptive in statistical analysis way; secondly, the panel data model was established according to the important indicator on the selected variables; finally, several conclusions were drawn through the empirical analysis and thus targeted recommendations were put forward as the reference for improving innovation performance of China's pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
