On Stalin's View of National Interest

摘要: 斯大林的国家利益观带有“双重性”的特征,具体表现在:政治经济文化等利益相互渗透但又强调政治利益;个人利益与公共利益彼此交织但又突出公共利益;阶级利益与民族利益紧密结合但又偏重阶级利益;国家利益与世界利益有机统一但又倾向国家利益;近期利益与长期利益协调会同但又凸显近期利益。研究斯大林的国家利益观,不但具有学理价值,而且具有现实意义。

Abstract: Stalin's view of national interest has the “dual nature” characteristics, and its specific manifestations are: political, economic and cultural interests are interpenetration but political interest is stressed; personal and public interests are intertwined but public interest is highlighted; class interest is close with the national interest but class interest are emphasized; national and world interests are organically unity but national interest is tended; near future and long-term interests are coordination but near future interest is highlighted. Study Stalin's view of national interest only has theoretical value but also has practical significance.-
