Abstract: "One Belt and One Road", the new model of international cooperation initiated by Xi, is based on economic cooperation, international security, and harmonious coexistence of different civilizations. Our international communication capacity should be strengthened to foster a more appropriate international discourse system, and to promote sound interactions and synchronized progress of regional economic cooperation and security cooperation.
