女性领导身份认同研究的文献回顾与未来展望

Research on Female Leader Identity: Review and Agenda

  • 摘要: 在影响女性领导发展的诸多因素中,缺乏领导身份认同是主要的内部障碍。对女性领导及领导身份认同的相关文献进行回顾,立足于“女性领导身份认同”这一新的学术概念的开发,提出了女性领导身份认同研究的未来趋势和研究思路,可以为女性领导与领导身份认同的理论和实证研究提供方向。

     

    Abstract: Women's lacking of leader identity is one of the most important impediments to their advancement. This paper reviews literature on female leadership and leader identity and presents "female leader identify", a brand new construct. This paper also outlines research agenda on female leader identity, thus providing guidance for future direction for theoretical and empirical study on female leader development and leader identity.
