Abstract: The rapidly developing Internet not only brings great convenience to people but also brings some problems. For example, people can speak out freely on the Internet due to the anonymity of the network, which leads to its authenticity being questioned. By this token, it is not enough to just rely on the external constraints. There is excellent moral thoughts for Chinese excellent traditional culture especially Confucianism, which can provide some useful reference for network moral construction, and very important theoretical significance and practical value for cultivating and practicing the core socialist values.
