理工科大学学生综合素质评价体系研究

Research on Comprehensive Quality Assessment System about Student in Science and Engineering Universities

  • 摘要: 培养综合素质高的专业复合型人才已成为高等教育的重要任务,目前国内理工科大学对人才的培养侧重于专业知识和技能,而对综合素质的培养和提升相对不足,不利于学生的全面发展,也无法满足社会发展对综合性人才的需求。以电子科技大学电子工程学院为主要研究对象,将理论与实际相结合,阐释和剖析建构理工科大学学生综合素质评价体系的必要性及目前存在的问题,并在准确划分评价群体基础上,从思想、身心、知识和能力四个维度,制定具体指标与实施细则,提出一套能够推广应用于理工科大学的学生综合素质评价体系。

     

    Abstract: It has been a priority for tertiary education to train compound professionals with higher comprehensive qualities. Chinese science and engineering universities used to stress too much on study of professional knowledge and skills, overlooking the development of students' personal qualities, which is not conducive to individuals' overall development. Taking students from school of electronic engineering in UESTC as the main research object, combining theory with practice, we are trying to clarify the necessity of a more complete comprehensive quality assessment system of students in science and engineering universities and figure out problems in our current system. Based on the specified group dividing, we try to set up a complete comprehensive quality assessment system that can be applied for all students in science and engineering universities, and formulate specific targets and implementations for the system in consideration of ideology, body and mind, and knowledgeable and ability dimensions.
