Evaluation of E-commerce Logistics Provider Based on T-PIGN-TOPSIS in Internet+ Environment

  • 摘要: 物流配送是电子商务活动的一个重要环节。针对电子商务企业,提出了“互联网+”环境下的物流供应商评价指标体系。为了克服指标难以定量的问题,引入了三参数区间灰数(T-PIGN)来对指标进行度量。考虑到三参数区间灰数的上下限与重心点以及决策者偏好的影响,提出了基于可能度的三参数区间灰数排序方法和三参数区间灰数距离测度计算方法。在此基础上构建了基于T-PIGN-TOPSIS的电子商务物流供应商评价方法,并用实例证明了该方法的科学性与有效性。

     

    Abstract: Logistics distribution is important for e-commerce. Combining the characteristics of e-commerce enterprises, a logistics supplier evaluation index system in Internet+ environment is proposed. To overcome the problem that the index is difficult to be quantified, the three-parameter interval grey number (T-PIGN) is introduced to measure the index. Taking into account the upper and lower limits and the center point of the three-parameter interval grey number and the decision-maker's preference, the sorting method based on possibility and the distance calculation method of three-parameter interval grey number are put forward. On this basis, a decision method based on T-PIGN-TOPSIS is proposed. Finally, an example is given to demonstrate the validity and effectiveness of this method.
