电子商务环境下仓储应急管理能力评价研究

Evaluation of Storage Emergency Management Capability in E-commerce Environment

  • 摘要: 随着电子商务的快速发展,电商节日促销愈演愈烈,快递包裹量的突发性暴增对仓储管理能力提出了严峻挑战,提升应急管理能力成为仓储管理体系建设的重要内容。从应急管理全生命周期的视角构建涵盖应急基础识别能力、应急预防准备能力、应急预警响应能力和应急恢复优化能力为一体的仓储应急管理能力评价指标体系,构建AHP-模糊TOPSIS模型开展仓储应急管理能力综合评价,并以京东物流华南片区四个仓库作为实例,比较不同指标的重要性、所处水平及各仓库的能力差异,验证了所构建指标体系和评价方法的合理性。

     

    Abstract: With the fast development of electronic commerce, e-commerce holiday promotions are more frequent. The sudden surge of package presents a serious challenge to the enterprise warehouse management capability. Therefore, it’s important to improve emergency management capability for warehouse management system construction. This article constructs an evaluation index system for storage emergency management capability from the perspective of the whole emergency management process, which consists of emergency capability for basis recognition, prevention & preparation, response & disposal, recovery & optimization. And then, this article adopts the AHP method to determine the weight of each index, and applies fuzzy-TOPSIS method to evaluate the storage emergency management capability. Four warehouses of Jing Dong (JD) logistics in Southern China are taken as case research objects for comparing the importance and levels of different indicators, and capability differences between them. The result shows that the evaluation index system and evaluation method are both rational.
