Abstract: As a revolutionary force, Internet is changing the whole mode of social production and social governance with its characteristics of open interaction, equal sharing, and instant dissemination. In the era of network information, the clean and honest administration culture of colleges and universities bears the dual mission of " anti-corrosion”and " educating people” and faces the digitalization of educational carrier, the differentiation of educational object, the new network of educational methods, and many practical problems.
