基于系统动力学的Partnering模式对工程项目绩效的影响

Influence of Partnering Mode on Engineering Project Performance Based on System Dynamics

  • 摘要: 在工程项目绩效指标体系的基础上,构建了partnering模式下工程项目绩效系统动力学模型,利用新增反馈环枝向量矩阵算法得到了引入partnering模式后的新增反馈环,对反馈环进行了逐条分析以找到partnering模式对工程项目绩效的促进核心链以及制约核心链。研究结果表明partnering模式下,项目管理能力和组织效果是提高工程项目绩效的主要立足点,partnering投入成本是制约工程项目绩效的主要来源。

     

    Abstract: Based on the engineering project performance index system, this paper builds a system dynamics model of engineering project performance under the partnering mode. The feedback loop branch vector determinant algorithm is used to get new feedback loops after introducing partnering mode. All the feedback loops are analyzed to find out the promoted kernel causal chains and the restricted kernel causal chains. It is shown that under the partnering mode, the project management capacity and organizational effectiveness are the main reasons to promote engineering project performance, while the cost of partnering is the main reason to restrict engineering project performance.
