Abstract: At present, the college Party school shows characteristics of distinct " new normal”, and the Party school education is facing the urgent requirement of the quality improvement, which needs universities to adhere to the principle of " the Party school’s family name is ‘Party’”, inherit the concept of " setting up morality standards and cultivating talents”, and take reform and innovative methods so as to solve those problems. Universities should improve the Party school education through definitely defining cultivation aims, reconstructing the curriculum system, and reforming teaching methods.
