Abstract: With the rapid development of internet finance, the conventional mode of borrowing and lending has changed immensely. As a new mode of lending, the development of the campus online lending has been robust in recent years. Therefore, how to regulate campus online lending conducts and minimize the risks becomes a challenge for legal supervision. This article initiates with the analysis of the connotation of campus online lending, indicates the flaws of supervision within the background of Internet finance, and provides optimum suggestions for the supervision system by reviewing the peer regulations in UK. The purpose of the work is to provide options for the reformation of the supervision on campus lending.
