Abstract:
With the development of network science and technology, the Internet and big data have become the basic conditions for operation and consumption. The transformation of the traditional market economy into the digital economy has resulted in unfair competition that is different from the traditional market economy. The improper competition in this environment is characterized by strong competition, rapid competition formation and wide competition. The shortcoming is that the objective legal lag makes market misconduct impossible to regulate by the current Anti-Unfair Competition Law. Therefore, a series of suggestions on the "Anti-Unfair Competition Law" and the upcoming "Anti-Monopoly Law" are proposed in a targeted manner, so that the reasonable connection between laws can maintain the market order to the greatest extent.
