“双一流”建设中提升研究生学术水平的影响因素分析

Analysis of Influence Factors on Improving the Academic Level for Postgraduates Under the “Double First-class” Construction

    目的/意义培养拔尖创新人才是“双一流”建设的重要任务和评价指标,而博士研究生是高校人才培养的最高层次,博士生高水平论文发表数量是衡量博士研究生培养质量的重要指标。管理学作为研究生培养的13个门类之一,研究管理学博士生高水平论文发表影响因素具有重要意义。
    设计/方法选取世界一流大学A类建设高校D大学2009~2019年的管理学毕业博士生为研究对象,利用结构方程模型研究管理学博士生高水平论文发表的影响因素。
    结论/发现导师科研能力、学习方式、出国/出境培养经历对管理学博士生发表高水平论文有正向影响。入学年龄、导师社会服务能力对管理学博士生发表高水平论文有负向影响。此外,毕业条件和硕士就读学校类别没有显著影响。根据研究结果,给出了提升管理学博士生高水平论文发表的政策建议。

     

    Abstract:
    Purpose/SignificanceCultivating top-notch personnel and innovative talents is an important task and evaluation index in the “Double First-class” Construction, while doctoral students are the highest level of talent cultivation in universities. The number of doctoral high-level papers published is an important indicator to measure the quality of doctoral training. Management is one of the 13 categories of postgraduate training, and it is of great significance to study the influencing factors of high-level publications of management doctoral students.
    Design/MethodologyThis paper focuses on the PhDs who obtained the management degrees in "the world-level A-class construction" university D from 2009 to 2019, and uses structural equation model to study the influence factors on high level publications of management doctoral students.
    Findings/ConclusionThe results show that the supervisors' scientific research ability, learning style and overseas education have a positive impact on the management doctoral students' publishing of high-level papers. Enrollment age and the social service ability of supervisors have a negative impact on the publication of high-level papers. In addition, graduation conditions and categories of master's schools have no significant impact on the publication of high-level papers. Based on the results of the study, policy suggestions are provided to improve the publication of high-level doctoral candidates in management.
