System Chain Service Platform: Research on the Path Optimization of MOOC Based on Quality Evaluation System

    目的/意义当前,国内慕课课程建设过程中普遍存在课程内容缺失、课程设计难以满足学生需求与社会需求、慕课建设缺乏足够的技术和资源支持等诸多问题。
    设计/方法依据泰勒“课程评估”的经典理论,构建了慕课课程的质量评估指标体系,并对当前国内外主要MOOC平台的高校课程进行了统计分析和比较研究。
    结论/发现要优化当前的慕课质量就要改变传统慕课仅仅是内容提供者的落后观念,围绕教学内容制作,构建从教学资源提供、问题解答、学习指导到接受效果分析以及学习成果分享的系统链服务体系,使慕课成为一个文化集成的服务平台;同时线上线下一起发力,打造知识服务的教学品牌,实现网络课程的新跃升和新发展。

     

    Abstract: Purpose/Significance The current domestic MOOC construction process is confronted with problems such as the lack of curriculum content, the curriculum design unable to meet the student demand and the social needs, the lack of sufficient technical support and resource support for MOOC construction, etc. Design/Methodology Based on Taylor’s classic theory of “course evaluation”, this paper constructs a quality evaluation system for MOOC, and conducts statistical analysis and comparative research on major MOOC platforms at home and abroad. Findings/Conclusions To optimize the current MOOC construction process, it is necessary to abandon the lagged concept that MOOC is merely a content provider, but rather set up a system chain service revolving around teaching content production, providing teaching resources, answering questions, learning guidance, receiving effect analysis and sharing learning results, thereby making MOOC a culturally integrated service platform. At the same time, the online and offline efforts should be made together to create a teaching brand on knowledge service, and achieve new leaps and new development of online courses.
