交通运输和邮政快递深度融合的农村物流共同配送模式与利益分配模型研究

Research on Rural Logistics Joint Distribution Mode and Profit Distribution Model Under the Deep Integration of Transportation and Postal Express

    目的/意义交通运输和邮政快递深度融合,有效促进农村物流共同配送新模式的出现与发展。与城市物流共同配送相比,农村物流共同配送实施会面临更加复杂的环境。
    设计/方法通过分析农村物流配送发展现状、交通运输和邮政快递深度融合对农村物流配送的影响,提出构建县乡村三级中转的农村物流共同配送模式。利用Shapley值法,构建农村物流共同配送中各个参与主体的利益分配模型,并考虑企业实际投入资源重要性、风险分摊比率、企业市场地位与商誉、完善普遍服务贡献度等因素对分配模型进行修正。
    结论/发现县乡村三级中转的农村物流共同配送模式能有效促进农村物流高质量发展,修正后的利益分配模型将使农村物流共同配送的利益分配更加合理、公平。

     

    Abstract: Purpose/Significance With the deep integration of transportation and postal express, a new mode of rural logistics joint distribution is developed. Compared with urban logistics joint distribution, the rural one faces more complex environment. Design/Methodology By analyzing the development status of rural logistics distribution and the impact of the deep integration of transportation and postal express on rural logistics distribution, this paper proposes to build a rural logistics joint distribution mode of county-township-village transportation. The Shapley value method is used to construct the profit distribution model of each participant in the joint distribution of rural logistics, and the distribution model is modified by considering the importance of the actual input resources of enterprises, risk sharing ratio, market position and goodwill of enterprises, and the contribution of perfect service. Conclusions/Findings The rural logistics joint distribution mode of county and rural three-level transfer can effectively promote the development of rural logistics with high-quality, and the revised benefit distribution model will make the benefit distribution of rural logistics joint distribution more reasonable and fair.
