产学研合作中信任对知识转移影响的仿真研究

Simulation Research on the Influence of Trust on Knowledge Transfer in Industry-University-Research Cooperation

    目的/意义当前,产学研合作知识转移已经引起业界的广泛关注,其中信任在知识转移过程中也发挥着关键的推动作用,然而当前鲜有研究重视信任的动态演化规律。
    设计/方法根据信任视角,在将信任划分为计算型信任、关系质量型信任以及制度型信任的基础上,构建了信任影响产学研合作知识转移的因果关系模型和系统流图。进一步地,采用Vensim PLE软件对所构建的系统动力学模型进行了模型检验与灵敏度分析。
    结论/发现研究表明,计算型信任、关系质量型信任以及制度型信任均有利于产学研合作知识转移,且三者之间存在互补效应。研究结果可以为产学研合作主体提升信任,促进知识转移提供建议参考。

     

    Abstract: Purpose/Significance Currently, industry-university-research cooperative knowledge transfer has attracted widespread attention in the industry, among which trust also plays a key driving role in the process of knowledge transfer. However, few studies currently pay attention to the dynamic evolution law of trust. Design/Methodology According to the perspective of trust, based on dividing trust into computing trust, relationship quality trust and institutional trust, a causal relationship model and system flow diagram of the influence of industry-university-research cooperation knowledge transfer are constructed. Furthermore, this paper uses Vensim PLE software to carry out model checking and sensitivity analysis on the constructed system dynamics model. Conclusions/Findings Studies have shown that computational trust, relationship quality trust, and institutional trust are all conducive to the transfer of industry-university-research cooperative knowledge, and the three have complementary effects. The research results can provide suggestions and references for the main body of industry-university-research cooperation to enhance trust and promote knowledge transfer.
