高校教师师德内涵研究及师德建设实践以电子科技大学为例

Research on the Connotation of Teacher Morality of University Teachers and Practice on the Construction of Teacher MoralityUESTC as an example

  • 摘要:
    目的/意义清楚界定高校教师师德的内涵对指导高校开展好师德师风建设工作具有重要意义。
    设计/方法目前国内学术界对师德内涵的认识存在一定分歧。界定高校教师师德的内涵应与中华优秀传统文化的精神相适应、与当代中国的现实相适应、与解决当前教师队伍的主要问题相适应和与加强现代化大学建设的要求相适应。
    结论/发现在师德建设的实践中,应努力加强传统师德文化的现代性转化,构建新时代的师德文化,将师德师风融入高校人力资源管理全过程,完善相关制度体系,建立师德建设长效机制。

     

    Abstract: Purpose/Significance Having a clear connotation of teacher morality is of great significance to the construction of teacher morality in universities. Design/Methodology At present, there are some differences in the understanding of the connotation of teacher morality in the domestic academia. The connotation of teacher morality in universities should adapt to the spirit of excellent traditional Chinese culture, the reality of contemporary China, the main problems of the current faculty and the requirements of strengthening the construction of modern universities. Findings/Conclusions In the practice of teacher morality construction, we should try to strengthen the modern transformation of traditional teacher morality culture, construct the teacher morality culture in the new era, integrate teacher morality into the whole process of human resources management in universities, improve relevant systems, and establish the long-term mechanism of teacher morality construction.
