新工科建设“成电方案”的商科类通识教育课程体系

Business General Education Curriculum System of “UESTC-Plan” for New Engineering Education

    目的/意义“成电方案”是电子科技大学落实立德树人根本任务的新工科建设方案。该方案明确指出要构建通识教育与(工程)领导力培养体系,打造通识教育升级版。
    设计/方法在介绍面向工程教育认证的商科类通识课程建设要求的基础上,详细分析构建“成电方案”的四种方式:顶层设计课程体系、优化修订课程大纲、分阶段实施教学、深入挖掘课程思政元素。
    结论/发现在具体的分类型、分阶段、跨学科探索实践中,构建具有鲜明工科特点的“工科+商业与企业管理”商科类通识课程体系,旨在提升学生的知识、能力和素质。

     

    Abstract: Purpose/Significance The “UESTC-Plan” for new engineering education is proposed by the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China to implement the fundamental task of morality education. The plan clearly points out the need to build a general education and (engineering) leadership training system and make an upgraded version of general education. Design/Methodology This paper first introduces how to develop business general education curriculum meeting the graduation requirements of engineering education certification. Then, this paper analyzes in detail the four ways of constructing the “UESTC-Plan”: top-level design of curriculum system, optimization and revision of curriculum syllabus, phased implementation of teaching, and in-depth excavation of ideological and political elements of the courses. Findings/Conclusions Establishing “engineering + business and enterprise management” business general education curriculum with distinctive engineering characteristics through the various, phased and interdisciplinary exploration and practice aims to improve students’ knowledge, ability and quality.
