新工科背景下《知识产权管理》课程思政教学的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Ideological and Political Education in Intellectual Property Management Course in the Context of New Engineering

    目的/意义面向知识产权强国建设的高校教育,要求提升“新工科”人才人文软实力。加强课程思政建设,将专业课程与通识课程深度融合,致力打造混合式“金课”,是高校实施“新工科”教育改革的载体和具体路径。
    设计/方法以知识产权管理通识课程的思政教学探索实践为例,挖掘和融入思政元素,对教学目标、教学内容和教学手段进行了创新和突破。
    结论/发现教学实践显示,学生的学习效果和课程满意度、教师的教学体验和社会溢出效应都十分明显。这些经验可以为“新工科”背景下的课程思政建设提供参考与借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Purpose/Significance Higher education facing the construction of a powerful country with intellectual property rights needs to improve the cultural soft power of “new engineering” talents. Strengthening the ideological and political education of courses, deeply integrating professional courses with general courses, and striving to create a hybrid “golden course” is the carrier and specific path for colleges and universities to implement the “new engineering” education reform. Design/Methodology Taking the exploration and practice of ideological and political education in the general course of intellectual property management as an example, ideological and political elements are being excavated and integrated, and innovations have been made in teaching objectives, teaching content and teaching methods. Conclusions/Findings The practice shows that students’ learning effect, course satisfaction, teachers’ teaching experience and social pillover effects are obvious. These experiences can provide reference for the ideological and political education of courses under the background of “new engineering”.
