Decision and Coordination of Fresh Food Dual-Channel Supply Chain Considering Fresh-keeping Efforts and CSR

    目的/意义 解决考虑保鲜努力和企业社会责任的生鲜双渠道供应链决策和协调问题,对供应链成员的最优保鲜努力水平、企业社会责任投入水平以及成员间的利润分配具有指导意义。
    设计/方法 研究一个供应商和一个开通线上线下双渠道的零售商构成的二级生鲜供应链在不同决策模型中的保鲜努力和企业社会责任(CSR)投入决策,以及设计了“两部定价”契约实现对供应链的协调,并通过数值算例进行了验证分析。
    结论/发现 研究发现:消费者对保鲜努力水平的敏感程度与供应链中各决策变量、市场需求及企业利润(效用)正相关;随着零售商承担CSR强度的增强,产品的线上售价显著降低,但产品的线下售价、供应商的保鲜努力水平和供应链的综合效益会显著提高;“两部定价”契约可以实现供应链的协调和各成员利润(或效用)的Pareto改进。

     

    Abstract: Purpose/Significance The purpose of this paper is to solve the decision-making and coordination problem of fresh dual-channel supply chain considering fresh-keeping efforts and corporate social responsibility, and provide guidance for the optimal fresh-keeping effort level of supply chain members, the investment level of corporate social responsibility and profit distribution among members. Design/Methodology This paper studied the fresh-keeping efforts and corporate social responsibility (CSR) investment decisions of a secondary fresh supply chain consisting of a supplier and a retailer with both online and offline channels in different decision models, and designed a “two-part pricing” contract to realize the coordination of the supply chain, and verified and analyzed by numerical examples. Conclusions/Findings It is found that consumers’ sensitivity to fresh-keeping effort is positively correlated with decision variables, market demand and corporate profit (utility) in the supply chain. With the increase of CSR undertaken by retailers, the online selling price of products will decrease significantly, but the offline selling price of products, the efforts of suppliers to keep fresh and the comprehensive benefits of the supply chain will increase significantly. The “two-part pricing” contract can realize the coordination of supply chain and the Pareto improvement of each member’s profit (or utility).
