Abstract:
College students’ mental health has become the focus of college education; physical activity may play a key role in the promotion of college students’ positive psychology. A total of 306 college students are assessed with International Physical Activity Questionnaire, the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, PERMA Scale, Patient Health Questionnaire-9 and Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7. Data collected are analyzed with structural equation model. Physical activity could affect the level of happiness and depression of college students through the resilience pathway, which also provides suggestions for further exploring the cultivation path of college students’ positive psychology.
