大学生身体活动对幸福感、抑郁和焦虑的影响:心理弹性和睡眠质量的中介作用

The Effects of Physical Activity on Well-Being, Depression and Anxiety Among College Students: the Mediating Role of Psychological Resilience and Sleep Quality

  • 摘要: 大学生心理健康已成为高校教育的重点关注话题,而身体活动可能在大学生积极心理的促进中发挥着关键作用。采用国际体力活动问卷、心理弹性简化量表、匹兹堡睡眠指数量表、PERMA幸福感量表、抑郁症状筛查量表和广泛性焦虑障碍量表对306名大学生进行问卷调查,并采用结构方程模型对数据进行分析。结果发现,身体活动可以通过心理弹性途径影响大学生的幸福感水平和抑郁水平,为今后进一步探索大学生积极心理提升培育路径提出建议。

     

    Abstract: College students’ mental health has become the focus of college education; physical activity may play a key role in the promotion of college students’ positive psychology. A total of 306 college students are assessed with International Physical Activity Questionnaire, the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, PERMA Scale, Patient Health Questionnaire-9 and Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7. Data collected are analyzed with structural equation model. Physical activity could affect the level of happiness and depression of college students through the resilience pathway, which also provides suggestions for further exploring the cultivation path of college students’ positive psychology.
