Abstract:
The vigorous development of the low-altitude economy has brought strategic opportunities for the of low-altitude tourism. Based on the Kano model and previous literatures, and in combination with the characteristics of the low-altitude economy, an index system related to low-altitude tourism demand is constructed, including four first-level indicators: environment, infrastructure, tourism services, and characteristic experiences, as well as 31 second-level indicators. Using the questionnaire survey, taking Xiong’an as an example, the empirical study reveals that the low-altitude tourism demand and functional attributes are as follows: security conditions, medical rescue facilities, etc., belong to essential attributes; staff’s service attitude, etc. belong to expected attributes; low-altitude aerial photography, etc. belong to attractive attributes; tourism interpretation services, etc. are indifferent attributes. Based on the priority ranking of each demand element calculated, the following countermeasures are proposed: first, focus on essential attributes and improve infrastructure; second, pay attention to expected attributes and promote sustainable development; third, strive for attractive attributes and create regional low-altitude tourism characteristics, etc.
