Abstract: By analyzing the station of the bio-pharmaceutical industry, this paper puts forward that absorbing new technologies is suitable for Chinese bio-pharmaceutical companies, and analyzes the characteristics and the process of absorbing new technologies model by taking Hualida Co., Ltd, as an example. At last, it concludes the case’s inspiration for Chinese bio-pharmaceutical companies.
