Abstract: The report on the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized the point of insisting on putting developing modern agriculture and fostering countryside’s economy as the first charge. With the central government’s high emphasis, our countryside’s agricultural industry develops steadily, farmers’ income increases rapidly and the countryside society is harmonic and stable. However, there are some problems appearing in this process, such as shortness of agricultural resources, low producing efficiency, weak competitive power, and so on.
