Abstract: After the Wenchuan Earthquake, the earthquake-stricken areas have been launching the reconstruction under the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the government at all levels. The reconstruction has drawn the attention of academic fields and scholars, and they proposed valuable recommendations on how to carry out the reconstruction in a scientific and orderly way . This paper points out that the reconstruction is a system of projects in physical reconstruction and ideological reconstruction, and it also analyses the connotations of the ideological reconstruction .
