Abstract: The law’s position of the status of the village committee is unreasonable, especially the relationship between the village committee, villagers meeting and rural collective economic organization. Therefore, it is necessary to research village committee’s legal status. In order to rationalize the relationship between the village committee, villagers meeting and rural collective economic organization, we should perfect the relevant law, clearly define the nature of the village committee, establish the rural collective economic organization’s legal status, establish the relationship of village committee, villagers meeting and rural collective economic organization by consulting the corporation governance structure
