Abstract: The construction of harmonious society is a systematic project which involves the hard work and cooperation of all works of every field. The quarantining work undertakes the guard of our country and our products severely and thus plays vital roles in promoting the development of the harmonious society. The quarantining work will, under the guidance of scientific development viewpoint, put the economic development in the first place and serve the import and export trade fairly, attach importance to the human safety and the ecological environment to facilitate the harmonious development between human and nature, and focus on the overall quarantining ability to strengthen the facilitation of the harmonious society.
