Abstract: Since the Western Industry Revolution, many western well-known scholars considered the oriental society stopping development. The main reason was that a concept of progress was given birth with the rapid development of western social productivity. Affected by this argument, Marx also believed it was true and analyzed the causes deeply. In fact, the development of oriental society has never really been stagnant.
