Abstract: The informational community plays an increasingly important role in enhancing management effectiveness and improving the living standards of the residents. In order to understand the informational community correctly, grasp the inherent law of its construction, operation and management, and find a healthy developmental path, this article starts with the inherent links of the informational community and public management—community service, then explores the information on the impact of community building, and analyzes the problems that are exposed in the progress of informational community.
