Abstract: According to the theory of Chenery mode,this paper has made one analysis on the evolution of industrialization stage in China based on the data of PGDP(PPP), output value structure, and employment structure. According to the personal average income, our country is at the middle stage of industrializationl; auording to the output value structure, our country is at the mid-and-late stage of industrialization; and according to the employment structure, our country is at the first stage of the industrialization intermediate stage. Generally speaking,the industrialization phase in China now could be the transitional stage between and intermediate stage and mid-and-late part.
