Abstract: With the development of the new media technologies, the ideological and political education is impacted greatly. As the body rings of the ideological and political education, the new media environment impacts philosophy and effectiveness of the ideological and political education directly. In particular, the changes of the concept of ideological and political education affect the effective implementation of ldeological and political education. Therefore, as the driving force and orientation of the scientific development concept, innovation of ideological and political education is the only way to promote ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
