Abstract:
In the age of Internet, Internet public opinions has gradually attracted administrative decision-makers’ attention and response. With the rapid development of Internet, the relationship between Internet public opinions and administrative decision making is more and more close. How to make good use of the network as the bridge between government and citizens to communicate effectively has become a forward-looking topics. Internet public opinions and administrative decision making must be resolved by the framework of law instead of random relationship. In the virtual space, the activities of citizens and government and their interactions are restricted by the law.
