Abstract: In recently years, public emergencies such as natural disasters, accidents disasters, public sanitation and social security occured frequently, which not only caused serious economic losses, but also claimed hundreds of millions of lives, furthermore, caused a serious threat on human survival and lives. It is important to strengthen the research on emergency decision-making, advance the government's ability of preventing and handling emergencies, and help do well in social management, which are essential items related to public safety and national security. This paper introduces emergency decision-making research situation from three aspects researches on storage, analysis, and integration of complex data types, emergency information management system, and multi-criteria dynamic emergency decision-making, as well as describes its development trend
