Abstract: It is a very brilliant page that the CPC has struggled with natural disasters since 90 years ago in the thousands years history of struggling with natural disasters. Today, if we summarize the glorious achievements of the fresh thinking on this page, it would add new wealth to the party's ideological and theoretical treasure. Although the CPC was under a difficult environment from 1921-1949, the CPC devoted great efforts to overcome the various of drought, floods, famine, locusts and epidemic plague of natural disasters for the purpose of saving, leading and helping China's working class, especially the majority of the people who suffered from all kinds of responses. A major of natural disasters took place for 10 times from 1949 until now, since drought, cold, insects, wind, hail, water, epidemics and other disasters from 1949, especially big floods of Yangtze River and Huai river in 1954, until Wen-chuan earthquake in 2008, the thoughts about the CPC leading the people to rescue disasters have become more and more sophisticated in the process of struggling with all these natural disasters.
